Glasgow Police: Man arrested after collision with parked car and fence
GLASGOW, Ky. (WBKO) - On Wednesday, the Glasgow Police Department arrested a man on several charges after a complaint on Cleveland Avenue.
According to the report, officers found Joshua Sexton, of Glasgow, standing in the parking lot of Spine Stop and determined that he was driving a car that was involved in an accident where it had struck a parked vehicle and fence. After further investigation, officers determined that Sexton had a suspended operator’s license and was impaired.
Sexton was arrested and charged with Operating On Suspended Or Revoked Operator License, Operating Motor Vehicle Under Influence Substance 2nd Offense, Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree, Terroristic Threatening 3rd Degree and Criminal Mischief 1st Degree.
